Principal Accountabilities

  • Supporting the daily operations and overall efficiency of the facility, including painting, general maintenance, and operational support to production as needed
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining accurate inventory of all paint supplies and ensuring timely replenishment
  • This role requires strong time management and maintaining clean, organized work areas after each task
  • Properly preparing work areas before painting by covering and protecting surfaces, and completing thorough cleanup afterward, including removing materials, cleaning paint drips, and disposing of waste in accordance with facility standards
  • Effective communication, dependability, adaptability, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United Sates without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Previous Painting or General Labor experience
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Previous forklift experience
