Principal Accountabilities
Retrieve raw materials/veggies for the production lines
Load/Unload trucks as needed, label properly, store in bays
Ability to operate mobile powered equipment
Responsible to keep the place clean and tidy
Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly job tasks around the receiving area
Accurately record materials and lot numbers in computer system
Ensures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications
Complete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the job. Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer. All food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, labeled correctly
Assist on the production floor where needed
Comply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
Individual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures; Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management
Other tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
Willingness to complete procedural training for this position
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Strong Computer knowledge and skills
Must be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directions
Ability to self-manage all tasks in a timely manner per company policy
Ability to drive mobile powered equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food manufacturing experience
Production experience
Mechanical Aptitude
Computer Knowledge and Skills
Work History in the last 12 months
