This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates.
  • Participate in compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
  • Help coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
  • Help plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
  • Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. 
  • Help in monitoring product performance vs budgetary goals and propose/execute related actions
  • Coordinate the business plan execution with internal and external stakeholders (sales, production planning, R&D, finance, manufacturng and supply chain (including toll manufacturers)
  • Follow up sales performance, margins, manufacturing schedules, customer visits and demos, costs and similar metrics
  • Participate in compiling and evaluating research on market needs and identify improvements in product value proposition and portfolio

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of work experience (internships included).
  • Fluency in English and fluency in the local language.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Motivation to build a long-term career in commercial teams.
