Job Purpose and Impact
The Director, Project Management - ARIS job for process technology and tools leads a cross functional team of experienced professionals responsible for developing and implementing technology and data products and solutions in service of user, company and customer objectives. This job manages and mentors product managers and others in the organization providing guidance on process technology and tools strategy development, visioning and discovery efforts, ensuring value is delivered by the portfolio in service of user, company and customer objectives. This job partners with internal and external partners and acts as a collaborative partner within multiple teams to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- BACKLOG MANAGEMENT: Manages the backlog of process technology and tools requests to define and evaluate product and process requests that will be implemented by product development teams.
- PARTNERS COMMUNICATION: Leads communications with Enterprise and Functions partners across the company to uncover business needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Leads development and implementation of minimum viable product and product increments to deliver capabilities in alignment to the business value providing effective end user value.
- ENABLES PROCESS MONITORING AND HEALTH MEASUREMENT: Leads development and implementation of process technology and tools that assess business process performance, process health and identification of process improvement opportunities.
- SCALABILITY & GLOBAL IMPLEMENTATION: Provides guidance on scalability and global implementation of product and process capabilities to product leaders across the regions to improve the coordinated operation.
- LEADERSHIP ADVISORY: Advises and provides counsel to the leadership team and multiple partners on the enterprise or group business operations.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization’s goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma trainig and Black Belt Attainment.

Information for Minnesota Based Applicants
The expected salary for this position is $132,000-193,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
