Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Job Purpose and Impact
Mechanical Reliability Engineer will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will partner with the team to ensure the fulfillment of reliability engineering strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement moderately complex reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
- Execute the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology in alignment with the area procedures.
- Prepare technical reviews of moderately complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
- Perform the identification and elimination of bad actors and the optimization of equipment availability.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.
- Oversee spesific lubrication program to ensure refinements.
- Lead Asset Criticality Ranking, Root Cause Analysis(RCA), FMEA, RCM efforts and solutions.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Knowledge in maintenance process management
- Ability to read P&ID's
- Specific lubricant program to ensure refinements.
- Working well in a team or individual environment and be a self-starter
- Advanced level of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance, planning and scheduling.
- Experience with and understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
- Experience in Condition Based Monitoring and lubricant standards.
- Experience in predictive maintenance technologies (ultrasonic, vibration, thermal, etc.)
- Training and knowledge of management of the proactive maintenance model
