DT&D Supplier Contract to Pay Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
The Supplier Contract to Pay Lead will be the specialist accountable for accurate and on time payments for Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) suppliers. You will use in depth understanding of processes, data, and systems combined with deep knowledge of business processes and company direction to define processes, design solutions and facilitate the knowledge advancement of end users to enable more efficient performance using the application or system. In this role, you will provide functional and process support, respond to complex user questions, address root causes of issues, facilitate necessary system training, monitor performance metrics and drive stabilization and ongoing process improvement. You will have frequent interaction with senior internal and external personnel that will often require coordination between departments.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide leadership to process improvement and optimization efforts tied to processes and technology in partnership with the technology enablement and global technology support teams for one or more departments or areas within a business or function in one or more countries.
- Provide direct contribution to purchase to pay activities and complex application or system enhancements and collaborate with global information systems personnel to define requirements for, test and implement applications, systems, process and data improvements.
- Prepare metrics, status reporting, vendor updates, training, communication strategies and communicate announcements, updates and major issues to leadership, impacted end users and other applicable stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and influence business teams to develop business cases for process and systems improvement projects to meet future state goals, identifying business benefits that drive value.
- Identify and anticipate issues and updates, modifying working methods using creativity and latitude to resolve or avoid issues.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced understanding of the functional capabilities of the system or application being implemented
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Green belt certification
- Advanced understanding of principles, processes, theories, concepts and analysis in one job area and broad knowledge of several related job areas
- Change management or project leadership experience
