HR Business Partner - Capability Centers
Job Purpose and Impact
- The Professional, HR Business Partner role executes and delivers moderately complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. This role provides support to key stakeholders at capability center.
Key Accountabilities
- Business Partnership - Partner with business leaders to support and execute people and culture plans aligned to functional priorities. Provide data-backed insights and pragmatic counsel to support decision-making on organization, talent, and performance matters.
- Talent Management – Partner on talent management activities like talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, and internal mobility to strengthen talent.
- Employee Relations & Advisory - Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns. Partner closely with Employee Relations and Legal teams to resolve issues in a timely, fair, and compliant manner.
- Performance, Engagement & Culture - Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Champion an inclusive, respectful, and high-performance culture aligned with Cargill values.
- Analytics & Insights - Leverage HR data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Use insights to recommend and implement targeted interventions.
- Program & Process Execution - Execute global and local HR programs (performance cycles, rewards processes, learning initiatives, DEI actions) with operational excellence. Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience at the site.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in capability centers, or large matrix organizations
- Exposure to workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
- Sound judgment in complex people situations
- Ability to influence without authority
- Comfort working with data and translating insights into action
- Bias for execution and continuous improvement
