Job Purpose and Impact

The Manager, Application Manager would manage & lead all our Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms, solutions & products, across Cargill. He/she will lead our global ECM team to define the vision, strategy & help resolve business problems with right/needed content management solutions. In this role, you will manage the team, delivery & operations and provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and advise solutions & procedures in a cost-effective way to meet business & user needs/requirements, for the company’s current as well as future needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide guidance on the use of the existing ECM products to ensure that users/teams will achieve the most value out of those solutions for the company.
• Assess ECM as a capability, advise strategy & own the maturity roadmap, taking inputs from all businesses and functions.
• Lead the central ECM organization to ensure ECM products and processes support the business.
• Supervise day to day activities, across solution/product delivery and platform support & operations.
• Act as key point of contact for business stakeholders, vendor partners and users to understand business priorities, build relationships & managing escalations.
• Own the portfolio finances & ensure the most optimum returns for Cargill, from investments made in ECM capability.
