Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Professional, Application Development job builds, maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. The role will be specialized in SAP Operation functionalities but not limited to SAP. With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.

Key Accountabilities
- Requirements Solutioning: Lead workshops to capture business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable SAP solutions. ,
- Configuration & Design: Build and maintain complex SAP configurations aligned with business goals (PP, MM, QM, LE, SCM, MRP, IBP).
- Testing & Deployment: Manage functional testing, defect resolution, and deployment of new releases and enhancements.
- UAT & Training Support: Guide business users through User Acceptance Testing and deliver training to Super Users and end users.
- Process Optimization: Advise stakeholders on process improvements and challenge unnecessary customizations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Application Support: Provide expert-level support for SAP Operations processes and integrations with external systems (e.g. TMS, GTS, Plant systems, EDI).
- Workstream Leadership: Represent the Operation workstream in project governance, plan staffing and budget, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in SAP PP, QM, MM, LE, and SCM modules.
- Strong functional leadership with a focus on business process optimization.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Logistics Execution (TMS).
- Familiarity with ABAP is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
