Job Purpose and Impact

We seek a Systems and Process Design Analyst III who will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Key Accountabilities

50.  Translate and analyze variances from the project plan, research alternatives, and implement the preferred recommendations.
50. Provide complex business model design services for development.
50. Analyze and interpret requirements, and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
50. Integrate a subset of complex process areas, including data, education and security across a limited subset of the organization.
50. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
50. Responsible for delivery of the application functions with the support from internal teams or vendor. 
50. Vendor communication and management.
50. Support the project financials and reconcile if need.
50. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Good CTRM knowledge will be a plus, such as EKA CTRM system.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
