Amit a munkakör kínál
Sertés szaktanácsadóként kulcsszerepet töltesz be ügyfeleink támogatásában: közvetlenül dolgozol sertéstartó gazdaságokkal és takarmánykeverő üzemekkel, hogy személyre szabott, hatékony takarmányozási megoldásokkal segítsd üzleti céljaik elérését. Feladatod lesz speciális sertés üzletágunk növekedésének támogatása új termékek, innovatív technológiák és szakmai ajánlások bevezetésével.
Key Accountabilities
Fő feladataid lesznek
- Értékesítési ajánlatok kidolgozása és professzionális prezentók tartása partnereink számára.
- Üzleti tervek készítése ügyfelenként, valamint hosszú távú, bizalmi ügyfélkapcsolatok építése.
- Napi munkád megtervezése: ügyféllátogatások szervezése, mennyiségi és minőségi célok kitűzése és elérése.
- A piaci trendek és a versenytársak tevékenységének folyamatos figyelemmel kísérése, információk megosztása a vezetőséggel.
- Felmerülő szakmai és üzleti kérdések önálló kezelése, összetettebb esetek továbbítása a megfelelő szakértők felé.
- Egyéb, a pozícióhoz kapcsolódó feladatok ellátása.
Qualifications
- Felsőfokú végzettséged van agrár, állattenyésztési vagy takarmányozási területen.
- Legalább 3-4 év releváns szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezel.
- Kereskedelmi szemléletű vagy, és magabiztosan mozogsz ügyfélkapcsolati helyzetekben.
- Rendelkezel "B" kategóriás jogosítványal.
- Szívesen utazol: a munkavégzés kb. 70%-ában, elsősorban Magyarország keleti régiójában.
