Job Purpose and Impact
El/La Gerente Divisional de Ventas es responsable por implementar la estrategia comercial nacional y desarrollar el plan aterrizado a su zona, adicionalmente, crea dirección y debe enfocarse a resultados, desarrolla relaciones comerciales, lidera y trabaja en equipo. Otras actividades clave que tendrá son desarrollar el portafolio de productos y servicios, así como desarrollar el talento en su equipo de trabajo.

Key Accountabilities
- Evaluar el mercado potencial y ventas.
- Planear, organizar y coordinar las operaciones de ventas de la compañía.
- Planear y organizar los programas de ventas apalancado de la metodología de ventas, incentivos, campañas y entrenamiento del equipo de trabajo.
- Tener un conocimiento profundo de la industria en general y del mercado local de su zona.
- Dar seguimiento y supervisar las actividades diarias de venta, ejecución y desarrollo del plan de ventas, visión y objetivos.
- Liderar y desarrollar a su equipo de trabajo, coaching y tomar decisiones relacionadas al manejo de personal como contratación, medición del desempeño y acciones disciplinarias.
Qualifications
CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
- Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente a los agronegocios.
- Mínimo de cinco años de experiencia laboral relacionada
- Inglés Intermedio
CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
- Mínimo de 5 años manejando equipos de trabajo.
