Job Purpose and Impact

The Technical Application Manager will deploy technologies by supporting interactions with clients and prospective customers and help them understand how the organization can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. In this role, you will ensure that new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive customer focused solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Establish and cultivate effective relationships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.

Provide commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments.

Support sales efforts to understand and solve complex customer issues.

Support strategic marketing technology and food or product safety quality and regulatory to develop and proof new products.

Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Deployment of Cargill animal nutrition and feeding technology to the customer, in order to convery the value of the company with the right knowledge of animal nutrition.

Assist in Business Development Manager to develop Territory Manager farm environment and management expertise and consulting.

Import and promote the implementation of new technologies to provide the farm environment and management solutions

Collection of farm management technology/Product information, to provide company to develop a strategy and action plan based on.

Creating and updating farm service processes and farm grading system.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor graduates, Animal husbandryor veterinary related field

With animal nutrition and feeding management service five years experience.

With car driver’s license and car/ MSapplications moderate

Preferred Qualifications

More than one year of experience in sales of feed / animal nutrition and feeding management services passionate / proficient barn design.

With car driver’s license and car/ MSapplications moderate/ English moderate/ Proficient in Mandarin and Taiwanese
