About the Harvest Role
The Harvest department is the first stage of beef processing, where employees work with fresh product. This area involves warm/hot temperatures, exposure to moisture, and a fast paced production environment

Principal Accountabilities
- Removing hide, fat, membranes, or defects from muscle and tissue
- Performing production tasks in a hot, fresh product environment
- General use of knives, saws, hooks, or other hand tools
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
- Working safely around heavy equipment and moving production lines
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Meat processing, butcher, or knife-handling experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
- Ability to work in a hot, humid, fast paced environment
