Principal Accountabilities

  • Employee will be responsible for the upkeep of the building grounds at the Fort Morgan Cargill facility
  • Requires operation of several types of machinery such as tractor, riding lawn mower, forklift and etc
  • Responsible for routine minor repairs and will mainly work on projects that will keep the facility’s appearance as is or making any improvements (e.g., painting, grounds work, cleanliness and housekeeping). Work involves exposure to external temperatures
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform the other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Required Qualifications 

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Must be able to follow safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping, maintenance, agriculture, or general labor experience
  • Experience operating equipment such as tractors, riding mowers, or forklifts
  • Basic computer skills
