PROPOSITO E IMPACTO
El/la Senior Sales and Technical Representative Swine (Representante técnico Comercial Senior - Porcino) se centrará en nuestros grandes e importantes clientes de la zona de Cataluña
Buscamos un/a profesional experimentado/a que maneje nuestros productos y propuestas nutricionales porcinas, y cuente con excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento con el cliente para mantener un posicionamiento competitivo.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
• Desarrollar un plan para establecer y mantener relaciones de cuenta y cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
• Crear un plan de negocio para cada cuenta.
• Coordinar el uso de los recursos para proporcionar servicios de valor añadido a las cuentas.
• Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes que proporcionen un aporte significativo a la planificación de estrategias de productos, precios y servicios.
• Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de mercado en el territorio o mercado designado.
• Manejo independiente de problemas complejos con supervisión mínima, mientras que escala solo los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.
CALIFICACIONES
CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
• Graduado en Veterinaria, Ingeniería Agrónoma, Nutrición Animal o experiencia laboral equivalente
• Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
• Disponibilidad para visitar clientes en zona Cataluña
• Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas
CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
- Experiencia en nutrición y producción porcina
- 10 años de experiencia laboral relacionada
- Nivel fluido de catalán
