Job Purpose and Impact
The Advisor, HR Strategy & Planning will lead the development, management and execution of global portfolios to align program outcomes, objectives and technical goals with the corporate, group and functional strategy as well as the program sponsors to deliver necessary business outcomes. In this role, you will provide advanced knowledge, thought leadership and governance for key partners in the related space to develop the overall portfolio and program approach and business outcomes and metrics necessary to drive the initiatives globally. You will provide relevant experience and critical problem solving and will leverage continuous improvement and industry methodologies to successfully manage global programs within the portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development of global project portfolios that will be targeted to meet the strategic goals and value targets of the corporate and business strategy.
- Partner collaboratively and influence key stakeholders in HR leadership related to the development and deployment of strategic program approaches within the portfolio area.
- Partner within S&T planning team to create cohesive project summary reporting and ensure a collective HR “story”
- Manage central deployment framework in partnership with S&T planning team to ensure initiatives are deployed to the organization consistently
- Foster business and customer partnerships to support strategic and systemic changes, bridge technology gaps and meet organizational goals as well as governance around process improvement and lead and influence practices within the related business groups and functions.
- Monitor and report on the status of global portfolio performance metrics and goals, overall business impact of projects within the portfolio and programs and identify variances to plans and execute corrective actions as appropriate.
- Develop and employ scalable governance standards for global programs.
- Identify, lead and influence optimization activities and review and recommend process changes in the organization.
- Provide thought leadership in the development of the integrated global portfolio roadmap and collaborate with leaders to ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimizations and value realization activities.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in complex portfolio management, preferably in Human Resources
- External consulting experience
Compensation Data
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $150K - $180K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
