Principal Accountabilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move load and unload pallets and materials throughout production and warehouse areas
  • Handle irregular bulky or uniform items including loading and unloading materials from trucks high stacks and warehouse racks
  • Monitor production lines pull products as needed and perform quality checks on wrapping labels and pallet conditions
  • Use scanning tools and computer systems to track product movement, complete production shipping, receiving documentation and support inventory accuracy
  • Operate additional equipment such as electric or manual hand trucks and rework damaged pallets when necessary
  • Maintain a clean safe work environment by following all safety policies, procedures and supporting other general warehouse or production tasks as assigned
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice
  • Perform duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or at least two years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of rail safety procedures
  • Basic ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and components
