Job Purpose and Impact
O/A Analista Administrativo II irá atuar com atividades de gestão de pedido de vendas de fertilizantes e emissão de nota fiscal. Será responsável pela gestão do estoque físico, validação de relatórios das atividades da área, lançamento e controle de informações em sistema.

Key Accountabilities
- Preparar e revisar documentos internos e externos para garantir o alinhamento com as normas corporativas e as práticas da área.
- Servir como um ponto de contato para o time interno e fornecedores externos.
- Realizar atividades administrativas e de apoio ao time.
- Lidar com questões e problemas sob supervisão direta, ao mesmo tempo em que escala questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sábado
- Outros deveres como atribuídos
Qualifications
- Experiência com atividades administrativas - obrigatória
- Excel intermediário - obrigatória
- Conhecimento em JDE – diferencial
- Experiência em emissão de nota fiscal – diferencial
- Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas
