Marketing Logistics Coordinator
Job Purpose and Impact
The Administrative Coordinator II will support the designated business and region's technology implementations, arrange the logistics of project meetings and town halls, draft and lay out project newsletters, maintain and update digital platforms and support the creation of training materials. In this role, you will work closely with the project teams, key users and third party agencies in the various locations across the designated region.
Key Accountabilities
- Create communication and training materials based on clear and routine assignments.
- Use existing procedures to produce consistent and branded communications and training materials.
- Maintain and update digital platforms.
- Support the logistics of project meetings and town halls.
- Support technology implementations.
- Interact with the team and related stakeholders within a large project group.
- Support the drafting and lay out of project newsletters.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
