ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Als Anlagenfahrer (m/w/d) in der Ölmühle und Raffinerie übernehmen Sie im Vollkontinuierlichen Schichtsystem die Steuerung und Überwachung moderner Produktionsanlagen in einem vollkontinuierlichen Produktionsbetrieb. Sie tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, einen sicheren, effizienten und qualitativ hochwertigen Produktionsprozess sicherzustellen und unterstützen die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Anlagenleistung.

In dieser Funktion beobachten und bewerten Sie relevante Prozessparameter, führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und arbeiten eng mit Produktion und Produktionsleitung zusammen. Darüber hinaus leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsstandards.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Anlagenbedienung und Prozessüberwachung

  • Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse sowie der eingesetzten Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Beobachtung relevanter Anlagenparameter und Anpassung der Prozesse innerhalb definierter Vorgaben bzw. in Abstimmung mit der Schicht- oder Produktionsleitung
  • Kontrolle von Rohstoff-, Hilfsstoff- und Energieverbräuchen

Störungsbehebung, Sicherheit und Qualität

  • Erkennen und Beheben von Anlagenstörungen im Rahmen der eigenen Verantwortung
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsanalysen sowie Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards
  • Identifikation potenzieller Sicherheitsrisiken und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheits-, Lebensmittelsicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsvorschriften

Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit

  • Führung der erforderlichen Produktions- und Prozessdokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schichtleitung und Produktionsleitung bei Prozessanalysen, Optimierungsmaßnahmen und notwendigen Prozessanpassungen

Pflege und Instandhaltung

  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten an den Anlagenteilen

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Mindestanforderungen (Must-have)

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Chemiefacharbeiter/in oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit in einem vollkontinuierlichen 4-Schichtsystem
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Wünschenswert (Nice-to-have)

  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Steuerung von SPS-gesteuerten Produktionsanlagen
  • Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
