This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. 

Job Purpose and Impact

The Investigator will conduct policy, regulatory and criminal investigations to mitigate enterprise risk. In this role, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient execution of Ethics Compliance & Security’s (ECS) investigative framework, implementing investigative strategies, and conducting investigations.  

Key Accountabilities

Conduct investigations related to alleged violations of law, internal policies, regulatory policies, ethical misconduct, theft, fraud and violence. 

Partner with law, ethics and compliance and functional stakeholders in audit and human resources on investigations and investigative policies and procedures. 

Manage third party vendors and liaise with law enforcement to support investigations. 

Prepare and present cases for review by local, state, federal, and other law enforcement agencies, and prosecutors as appropriate. 

Develop and maintain collaborative internal partnerships with businesses and functions. 

Independently handle issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Advanced fluency in Spanish and English, in addition to Portuguese
