Strategic Pricing Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager (Food SEA & ANZ) to optimize our revenue and profitability and lead pricing and margin management activities within our cocoa & chocolate vertical. You will analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and internal costs to develop and implement effective pricing strategies across our product/service portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy Development: Design pricing structures to meet profit goals and market demand including but not limited to working on long term pricing agreements with strategic customers
- Data Analysis: Monitor sales data, market trends, and customer price elasticity to recommend adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product and operations teams to align pricing with overall business objectives
- Process Improvement: Maintain pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare reports for executive leadership on pricing performance, margin impact, and revenue growth
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, pricing, financial analysis, or revenue management.
- Strong ability to work with large data sets, statistical methods, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and market acumen, attention to detail and accuracy and strategic thinkin
