Job Purpose and Impact

Key Accountabilities

  • 辦公室行政與資源管理:負責郵務、設備維護、備品補充,確保日常運作順暢。
  • 合約與供應商管理:維護租賃、飯店、電信等合約,協調供應商服務並控管成本。
  • 活動與員工支持:協助公司內部活動、社區服務及員工健康檢查,提升員工體驗。
  • 財務與請款作業:處理費用請款、採購及相關文件,確保流程準確與時效。
  • 差旅與簽證協辦:支援員工差旅安排、簽證及入台證申辦,確保合規與時效。

Qualifications

最低資格

  • 大學以上學歷,行政或管理相關科系尤佳
  • 兩年以上相關工作經驗,或一 年以上企業行政總務經驗
  • 熟悉 Microsoft 365,具基本英文讀寫能力
