This position is in Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on us to consistently deliver the products and services they need, and use our technical expertise and market knowledge to develop innovative products.
Job Purpose and Impact
El Supervisor de Operaciones de Seguridad supervisará y dirigirá a un equipo que protegerá a los empleados, propiedades y toda la cadena de suministros end to end y todos los elementos de valor de la organización en las instalaciones de cualquier daño o peligro prevenible. Buscamos un profesional que supervise la respuesta a eventos de contingencia, incluyendo amenazas de bomba, sabotaje y condiciones climáticas severas con seguridad en el lugar en transporte y en instalaciones de terceros o la asistencia de las agencias gubernamentales de aplicación de la ley.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinar y administrar autorizaciones de seguridad.
- Supervisar las investigaciones que protegen los activos de la organización.
- Diseñar e implementa estrategias de seguridad para toda la cadena de suministro (inbound, manufactura; outbound)
- Desarrollar políticas y procedimientos de seguridad que cumplan con las directrices y estándares gubernamentales.
- Supervisar el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de procedimientos analíticos que cumplan con los requisitos cambiantes y garanticen las máximas operaciones.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia laboral directamente relacionada
- Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experiencia en supervisión y manejo de equipos
