Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Organizational Design and Change Management Consultant is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and enable successful transformation. This role leads complex organizational design, operating model, and change management initiatives, partnering across Enterprises and Functions to align structure, processes, and people with strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy Development: Analyze organizational needs and operating model effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities. In partnership with Enterprise / Function leadership, align on a ‘north star’ / vision, and develop and implement strategies that support Enterprise/Function-wide initiatives that ensure successful adoption of new structures, processes, and/or ways of working.
 - Implementation: Lead the design and delivery of high-impact organizational design and change management initiatives.Build an end-to-end roadmap and partner with leaders to execute.
 - Facilitation & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to co-create solutions and build ownership. Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and sponsorship.
 - Team Enablement & Capability Building: Provide coaching and support to managers and teams navigating change.Build internal capabilities through training, toolkits, and knowledge sharing.
 - Change Management: Develop and execute change strategies for complex initiatives. Apply end-to-end transformation thinking to develop deliverables such as a stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change networks, readiness and adoption tracking, etc.
 - Organizational Design: Partner with leadership to conduct current state assessments and evaluate organizational design / operating model effectiveness (including spans/layers, decision-making / governance, processes, etc.). Use organizational analytics to model organizational structures and workforce data. Apply organizational design principles to develop organizational structures and clarify ways of working (e.g., interaction modeling, roles and responsibilities matrix, etc.). Define and track success metrics.
 
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience in organizational transformations, organizational design, and change management.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting experience.
 - Organizational design or change management certifications.
 - Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated experience building, managing, and influencing a high-performing global team.
 - Familiarity using Orgvue as an org. analytics tool, and the proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative workforce data to assess operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and evaluate organizational effectiveness.
 - Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and/or stakeholder alignment meetings.
 
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $117,000 - $140,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
