Principal Accountabilities

• Must be capable of documenting all assigned and unassigned work.
• Must be able to complete all Cargill’s qualified safety training courses
• Must display a positive attitude and a good work ethic
• Must be able to take direction and perform routine tasks under the guidance of a mentor
• Must be able to follow direction from supervisors and managers and when applicable be able to provide recommended solutions. 
• Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment
• Adhere to all company and plant policies 

Required Qualifications

• Legal to work in the US
• 18 yrs old or older

Preferred Qualifications

• High school trade school or equivalent focusing on HVAC / Refrigeration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints, drawings and documentation.
