Virtual Interview Tips

Which platform should I use?

We primarily use Skype and Microsoft Teams. Your interviewer will let you know the specific platform.



What if I have technical issues?

Don't worry - your interviewer has your contact information and can call you.  Please contract your interviewer early to share that you are having difficulties.



What if my kids or animals interrupt?

We totally understand - most of us are also working from home too, and interruptions happen to the best of us.



How should I dress for my virtual interview?

Be yourself.  We suggest business casual and solid colors.  If you fell your best in a suit, wear one.  If you prefer your favorite shirt, do it.



How long will the interview be?

First round interviews are about 30-45 minutes.  Second round interview can be longer.  We'll let you know before so you can set aside that time.
